AT 925 PM MDT...THE HEAVY RAIN IN NORTHERN SHERIDAN COUNTY HAD 
DECREASED IN INTENSITY. HOWEVER...WITH ADDITIONAL RUNOFF AND 
RAINFALL RATES OF A QUARTER TO A HALF INCH PER HOUR FLOODING IS 
STILL POSSIBLE.
