* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CENTRAL HOLT COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF ONEILL

* UNTIL 945 PM CDT

* AT 646 PM CDT...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED FLASH
  FLOODING FROM A THUNDERSTORM  FIVE MILES NORTHEAST OF ONEILL.
  THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE MOVING ALONG A LINE FROM NEWPORT TO JUST 
  EAST OF ELSMERE WITH RAINFALL RATES EXCEEDING 2 INCHES PER HOUR.

* OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
  PAGE...INMAN...CHAMBERS...ATKINSON AND AMELIA.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE

AT 806 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED 
THAT THE RAINFALL INTENSITY IN NORTHEAST HOLT COUNTY HAD BEGUN TO 
SUBSIDE...AND RAINFALL RATES OF LESS THAN 1/2 INCH PER HOUR WERE 
OCCURRING. HOWEVER ADDITIONAL RUNOFF IS LIKELY THROUGH 945 PM 
CDT...SO FLOODING IS STILL EXPECTED.

OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO PAGE...
INMAN...EMMET...CHAMBERS...ATKINSON AND AMELIA.
