  VERY HEAVY RAIN WAS FALLING FROM PARADISE NORTHEAST TO NEAR 
  CHARLESTON. DOPPLER RAINFALL ESTIMATES RANGE FROM 1 TO 2 INCHES 
  IN THE PAST HOUR. HEAVY RAINS FELL IN THIS AREA IN THE PAST 24 HOURS
