AT 730 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
HEAVY RAINS HAD FALLEN FROM SHELBYVILLE EAST TO MARSHALL SINCE 
500 PM CDT. DOPPLER RAINFALL ESTIMATES RANGE FROM 2 TO 3 INCHES 
ON AREAS THAT HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED SIGNIFICANT RAINFALL OVER THE
PAST 24 HOURS...AGGRAVATING THE FLASH FLOOD THREAT IN THIS AREA. 
NUMEROUS ROADS WERE REPORTED FLOODED FROM THE HEAVY RAINFALL OVER
SHELBY COUNTY WITH ADDITIONAL LIGHT TO MODERATE RAINS EXPECTED 
ACROSS THE AREA.
