  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 8 MILES SOUTH OF
  MANVEL...OR ABOUT 8 MILES SOUTHWEST OF ALVIN...MOVING NORTHEAST AT
  45 MPH.
