THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LEAGUE CITY HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  MONTGOMERY COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST TEXAS

* UNTIL 230 PM CDT

* AT 1210 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR 
  INDICATED A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS MOVING EAST ACROSS 
  MONTGOMERY COUNTY PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL. HOURLY 
  RAINFALL RATES RANGE BETWEEN 1 AND 2 1/2 INCHES. ADDITIONAL 
  THUNDERSTORMS ARE DEVELOPING WEST OF THE COUNTY WHICH 
  WILL LIKELY MOVE EAST ACROSS MONTGOMERY COUNTY LATER 
  THIS AFTERNOON. RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 2 TO 5 INCHES ARE 
  POSSIBLE BY 230 PM.
