PHILLIPS COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL KANSAS * UNTIL 700 PM CDT * AT 612 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO. THIS TORNADO WAS LOCATED NEAR PHILLIPSBURG...AND MOVING EAST AT 10 MPH. * THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR... GLADE AROUND 625 PM CDT... KIRWIN AND AGRA AROUND 700 PM CDT... A SECOND STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR KIRWIN AND MAY ALSO BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO. THIS STORM WAS MOVING EAST AT 15 MPH.
