BUFFALO COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA * UNTIL 930 PM CDT * AT 826 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO. THIS TORNADO WAS LOCATED NEAR RAVENNA...OR ABOUT 24 MILES NORTH OF KEARNEY...AND MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH. * LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE... RAVENNA.
