  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO.  THIS TORNADO
  WAS LOCATED NEAR FULLERTON...OR ABOUT 34 MILES WEST OF COLUMBUS...
  AND MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH.
