  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION 3 MILES NORTH OF
  KENNEDY...OR ABOUT 28 MILES NORTHEAST OF GRAFTON...MOVING TO THE
  SOUTHEAST AT 5 MPH.
