* UNTIL 1130 AM CDT

* AT 831 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
STRONG THUNDERSTORMS MOVING EAST ACROSS DIMMIT AND ZAVALA COUNTIES
PRODUCING WIDESPREAD RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF ONE HALF TO ONE INCH WITH 
ISOLATED AMOUNTS UP TO TWO INCHES. 

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL 
CREEKS...STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND COUNTRY ROADS.
