THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  VAL VERDE COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF...JUNO...COMSTOCK...DEL RIO

* UNTIL 400 AM CDT

* AT 215 AM CDT...HEAVY RAIN WAS INDICATED OVER NORTHERN AND EASTERN 
PARTS OF VAL VERDE COUNTY...FROM SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS...MOVING 
EAST AT 15 MPH.  IN THE PAST FEW HOURS...HEAVY RAINS HAVE AFFECTED
PORTIONS OF VAL VERDE COUNTY.

THIS AREA OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS...WITH HEAVY RAINFALL OF
1 TO 2 INCHES WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OVER PARTS OF VAL VERDE 
COUNTY THROUGH 400 AM.  

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY
ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS AND OTHER
LOW LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLASH FLOODING.
