THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  WILSON

* UNTIL 900 AM CST

* AT 617 AM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORM OVER THE WARNED AREA.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE SUTHERLAND SPRINGS...STOCKDALE...
  POTH AND FLORESVILLE.

SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN WILL MOVE NORTHEAST INTO 
WILSON COUNTY OVER THE NEXT HOUR.  RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES
CAN BE EXPECTED OVER THE NEXT COUPLE HOURS CAUSING RUNOFF AND 
FLOODING PROBLEMS.  MOTORISTS SHOULD USE EXTREME CAUTION TRAVELING 
THIS MORNING DUE TO THE HEAVY RAINS AND STREET FLOODING.

FLASH FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS IMMINENT. MOST FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR
IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS WATER COVERED AREAS. A LITTLE
OVER A FOOT OF WATER CAN CARRY AWAY MOST CARS AND TRUCKS. TURN AROUND
