THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  EDWARDS
  KERR
  VAL VERDE
  REAL
  UVALDE
  KINNEY

* UNTIL 315 AM CST

* AT 910 PM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED  
  LIGHT TO MODERATE RAINS CONTINUING OVER THE AREA. MANY ROADS ARE 
  FLOODED AND CREEKS AND STREAMS ARE IN FLOOD. 

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE ROCKSPRINGS...PANDALE...LOMA
  ALTA...KERR WILDLIFE MGMT AREA...JUNO AND HUNT.

ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL WILL KEEP CREEKS AND STREAMS...COUNTRY 
ROADS FLOODED...AND FARMLAND ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS  
FLOODED.  MOST ROADS IN UVALDE COUNTY ARE CLOSED.  MANY ROADS IN 
REAL COUNTY ARE CLOSED.  TRAVEL IS HIGHLY DISCOURAGED.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODING. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT QUICKLY. MOVE
UP TO HIGHER GROUND. DO NOT STAY IN FLOOD PRONE AREAS.
