THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  MEDINA

* UNTIL 1000 AM CDT

* AT 854 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
  FLASH FLOODING FROM THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS MEDINA COUNTY.

THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DECREASE ACROSS MEDINA COUNTY BETWEEN 
9 AND 10 AM...BUT FLASH FLOODING WILL CONTINUE.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
IMMINENT. MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT
