RAINS FROM NUMEROUS THUNDERSTORMS OVER NORTHWESTERN BEXAR COUNTY
AND NORTHEASTERN MEDINA COUNTY. THESE STORMS ARE MOVING SLOWLY
EAST AT 15 MPH.
EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY
ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS AND OTHER
LOW LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLASH FLOODING.

VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM A THUNDERSTORM JUST NORTH OF COMSTOCK. MOVEMENT
WAS EAST AT 5 TO 10 MPH.
* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE COMSTOCK.
OTHER THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED IN MEXICO WEST OF DEL RIO. THESE STORMS
WILL MOVE INTO DEL RIO WITHIN THE NEXT HOUR OR TWO.
