DEWITT * UNTIL 930 AM CDT * AT 728 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED FLASH FLOODING FROM A BAND OF THUNDERSTORMS FROM 8 MILES SOUTH OF CUERO TO HOCHHEIM...MOVING NORTH AT 15 MPH. * OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE YORKTOWN...WESTHOFF... NORDHEIM AND HOCHHEIM. THIS RAIN IS ALONG THE GUADALUPE RIVER...HIGHWAYS 87...183...AND ALTERNATE 77...AND FM 236. RAINFALL RATES OF ONE TO ONE AND HALF INCH PER HOUR WERE ESTIMATED IN THIS BAND.
