  SOUTHEASTERN BATES COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL MISSOURI

* UNTIL 1030 PM CDT

* AT 955 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO. THIS DANGEROUS
  STORM WAS LOCATED 6 MILES WEST OF SCHELL CITY...OR ABOUT 14 
  MILES SOUTHWEST OF APPLETON CITY...AND MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH. 
  THIS DANGEROUS STORM LIKELY EARLIER PRODUCED A TORNADO IN PRESCOTT 
  IN LINN COUNTY KANSAS. 

* THIS TORNADIC STORM WILL BE NEAR...
