  SOUTHERN SEWARD COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST KANSAS
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF HAYNE AND RURAL SOUTHEAST SEWARD COUNTY

* UNTIL 715 PM CDT

* AT 636 PM CDT...TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED A FUNNEL CLOUD
     NEAR HAYNE...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

* THE TORNADO WILL OTHERWISE REMAIN OVER MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF THE
  INDICATED COUNTY.
