* AT 750 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 7 MILES NORTHWEST OF
   UTICA...MOVING EAST AT 15 MPH.

* THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR...
  RURAL RESIDENTS NORTHWEST NESS THROUGH 830 PM CDT
  UTICA AROUND 810 PM
