  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING QUARTER SIZE HAIL...AND
  DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH.  THIS STORM WAS LOCATED 20
  MILES NORTH OF LAKIN...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 30 MPH.
