THE HEAVY RAIN HAS ENDED OVER THE WARNED AREA.  STREAMS AND CREEKS 
IN THE WARNED AREA WERE BEGINNING TO RECEDE...ENDING THE FLASH 
FLOODING THREAT.  FOR THIS REASON...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING WAS 
ALLOWED TO EXPIRE AT 900 PM.
