THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN STATE COLLEGE PA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CLEARFIELD COUNTY IN CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA
  CAMBRIA COUNTY IN CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA

* UNTIL 300 AM EDT.

* AT 849 PM EDT...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED THE   
POTENTIAL FAILURE OF THE CHERRY TREE RESERVOIR DAM. HEAVY RAIN IN 
EXCESS OF 5 INCHES HAS CAUSED THE RESERVOIR TO FILL AND OFFICIALS 
REPORT THAT THE SIDES OF THE DAM ARE ERODING AND THERE IS THE 
POTENTIAL OF THE STRUCTURE FAILING.

IF THE DAM FAILS...A WAVE OF WATER UP TO 7 FEET DEEP COULD RAPIDLY 
MOVE DOWNSTREAM.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. MOST FLOODING DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. TURN AROUND AND
FIND ANOTHER ROUTE.
