THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CRAWFORD COUNTY IN NORTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA THIS INCLUDES THE CITY   
  OF MEADVILLE
  ERIE COUNTY IN NORTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF ERIE

* UNTIL 430 AM EDT

* AT 1224 AM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED RAIN WITH A FEW   
  THUNDERSTORMS MOVING NORTH AT 30 MPH. THE RAIN WILL BEGIN TO TAPER 
  OFF BY DAYBREAK. RAINFALL IN EXCESS OF 4 INCHES HAVE OCCURRED SO   
  FAR AND AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN MAY OCCUR BY 5 AM.

* THE HEAVY RAIN WILL BE ACROSS THE COUNTIES FOR MUCH OF EARLY       
  MORNING HOURS. 
  
EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THESE STORMS WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY
ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS AND OTHER
LOW LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLASH FLOODING.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
