ERIE COUNTY IN WESTERN NEW YORK * UNTIL 630 PM EDT * AT 520 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH.
