JEFFERSON COUNTY IN CENTRAL NEW YORK * UNTIL 545 PM EDT * AT 449 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH. THESE STORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 30 MILES WEST OF WATERTOWN TO 22 MILES NORTHWEST OF OSWEGO... MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH. * THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE NEAR...
