WESTERN STARR COUNTY IN DEEP SOUTH TEXAS * UNTIL 430 PM CDT * AT 236 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL OVER WESTERN STARR COUNTY. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED THAT THIS STORM HAS PRODUCED RAINFALL TOTALS FROM 2 TO 4 INCHES SINCE 130 PM ABOUT 3 MILES WEST OF EL SAUZ.
