  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF ONEONTA

* UNTIL 1130 AM CDT

* AT 929 AM CDT...FLASH FLOODING WAS REPORTED FROM THUNDERSTORMS   
THAT ARE MOVING THROUGH THE AREA. RAINFALL AMOUNTS HAVE BEEN FROM 
ONE TO THREE INCHES. ADDITIONAL STORMS ARE POSSIBLE THROUGHOUT THE 
MORNING.
