* AT 916 AM CDT...FLASH FLOODING WAS REPORTED FROM NUMEROUS 
THUNDERSTORMS NEAR DOUBLE SPRINGS...MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH. RAINFALL 
OF TWO TO FOUR INCHES HAS OCCURRED SINCE EARLY THIS MORNING.
