AT 710 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR CONTINUED TO INDICATE VERY HEAVY RAINFALL 7 MILES NORTHEAST OF STINNETT. THE STORM PRODUCING HEAVY RAINFALL WAS MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH. AT 700 PM CDT...THE STINNETT EOC REPORTED THAT FARM TO MARKET ROAD 687 FIVE MILES SOUTH OF STINNETT WAS THREE FEET UNDERWATER. FARM TO MARKET ROAD 687 AND STATE HIGHWAY 152 AND STATE HIGHWAY 136 COMING INTO STINNETT WILL SOON BE FLOODED.
