* AT 1113 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO NEAR
  STRATFORD...OR ABOUT 15 MILES NORTHEAST OF LITTLE FALLS...MOVING
  EAST AT 25 MPH.
