  CENTRAL LINCOLN COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL NEVADA

* UNTIL 1030 PM PDT

* AT 737 PM PDT...AUTOMATED RAIN GAGES INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN 
  OCCURRING AT IMMIGRATION WASH. RADAR INDICATED STRONG 
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN WEST AND SOUTHEAST OF 
  PIOCHE...NEARLY STATIONARY.

* THE THUNDERSTORMS WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL...
  REMAIN NEARLY STATIONARY OVER NORTH CENTRAL LINCOLN COUNTY

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THESE STORMS WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF 
WASHES...SMALL STREAMS...AND NARROW CANYONS. THE HEAVY RAINS MAY 
ALSO TRIGGER ROCK AND MUDSLIDES IN STEEP TERRAIN. 
ADDITIONALLY...HIGHWAYS...UNDERPASSES AND MANY RURAL ROADS WILL BE
