* AT 416 PM MST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY       
  HEAVY RAIN OVER SIERRA VISTA...MOVING SLOWLY NORTHEAST. A 
  STORM SPOTTER IN SIERRA VISTA REPORTED MINOR STREET FLOODING AND A 
  WASH RUNNING JUST BELOW BANK FULL. THESE THUNDERSTORMS ARE CAPABLE 
  OF PRODUCING 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME.
