THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TUCSON HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHEASTERN PIMA COUNTY IN ARIZONA
    THIS INCLUDES THE WEST SIDE OF TUCSON AND THE EAST SIDE OF MARANA

* UNTIL 430 PM MST

* AT 246 PM MST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED            
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER THE WEST SIDE OF TUCSON    
  AND NEAR DOVE MOUNTAIN ON THE FAR EAST SIDE OF MARANA. BOTH        
  THUNDERSTORMS WERE NEARLY STATIONARY.

STREETS...UNDERPASSES AND NORMALLY DRY WASHES WILL FLOOD QUICKLY. 
SILVERBELL ROAD ON THE WEST SIDE OF TUCSON...AND TANGERINE ROAD EAST 
OF MARANA ARE PARTICULARLY VULNERABLE TO FLASH FLOODING. DO NOT 
DRIVE INTO FLOODED AREAS OF AROUND BARRICADES. IF THE ROAD AHEAD IS 
BLOCKED...TURN AROUND AND TAKE ANOTHER ROUTE.

THIS FLASH FLOOD WARNING UPGRADES AND REPLACES THE URBAN AND SMALL
STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY FOR THIS AREA.
