* AT 345 PM MST...SEVERE WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED VERY HEAVY RAIN
IN MESCAL...OR ABOUT 20 MILES EAST OF VAIL...MOVING WEST AT 15 MPH.
A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING HEAVY RAINS WILL MOVE INTO THE
CITIES TUCSON AND GREEN VALLEY AROUND 425 PM.
