  SOUTH CENTRAL COCHISE COUNTY IN ARIZONA

* UNTIL 1130 PM MST

* AT 830 PM MST...AUTOMATED STREAM GAGES INDICATED THE LESLIE CREEK  
  IS ABOVE  BANKFULL. THIS WATER WILL MOVE INTO MCNEAL OVER THE NEXT 
  FEW HOURS. PERSONS TRAVELING ALONG HIGHWAY 191 BETWEEN DOUGLAS AND 
  ELFRIDA AND THE DAVIS ROAD AREA OF MCNEAL SHOULD BE ALERT TO       
  RAPIDLY RISING WATER FROM THE LESLIE WASH.
