* AT 759 PM CST...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH
  STRONG ROTATION 13 MILES SOUTHWEST OF HARTFORD...MOVING EAST AT 30
  MPH. THIS DANGEROUS STORM COULD PRODUCE A TORNADO AT ANY TIME.
