CLOUD COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL KANSAS * UNTIL 115 AM CDT * AT 1006 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING HEAVY RAINS IN THE GLASCO VICINITY AND BETWEEN CONCORDIA AND AURORA. RADAR RAINFALL ESTIMATES WERE OVER 3 INCHES OF RAINFALL IN THE GLASCO VICINITY. * SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED... THE CONCORDIA VICINITY AURORA GLASCO BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE DANGERS OF FLOODING. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND...AWAY FROM RISING WATER.
