* AT 457 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO. THIS DANGEROUS
  STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR GIRARD...OR 10 MILES NORTHWEST OF
  PITTSBURG...AND MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH.

* THIS TORNADIC STORM IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR...
