THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SPRINGFIELD HAS ISSUED A

* SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR...
  NORTHEASTERN GREENE COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST MISSOURI

* UNTIL 415 AM CST

* AT 353 AM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING HAIL TO THE SIZE OF
  NICKELS...AND DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH.  THIS STORM WAS
  LOCATED NEAR FAIR GROVE...OR 11 MILES NORTH OF SPRINGFIELD...AND
  MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH.

* THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL REMAIN OVER MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF...
  GREENE COUNTY.

THE TOWN OF BASSVILLE IS ALSO IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM.
