THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SPRINGFIELD HAS ISSUED A

* SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHEASTERN POLK COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST MISSOURI

* UNTIL 415 AM CST

* AT 338 AM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING HAIL TO THE SIZE OF
  NICKELS...AND DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH.  THIS STORM WAS
  LOCATED NEAR MORRISVILLE...OR 9 MILES SOUTH OF BOLIVAR...AND MOVING
  NORTHEAST AT 50 MPH.

* THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL REMAIN OVER MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF...
  POLK COUNTY.

THE TOWNS OF BRIGHTON AND HALF WAY ARE ALSO IN THE PATH OF THIS
STORM.

IN ADDITION TO LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS...CONTINUOUS CLOUD TO
GROUND LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM. MOVE INDOORS
