ROANOKE COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL VIRGINIA CITY OF RAONAOKE * UNTIL 945 PM EDT * AT 650 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH RAINFALL RATES OF 2 TO 3 INCHES MOVING ACROSS EASTERN SECTIONS OF ROANOKE COUNTY AND SOUTHERN SECTIONS OF ROANOKE CITY. URBAN FLOODING WILL DEVELOP QUICKLY WITH THESE RAINFALL RATES. * OTHER LOCATIONS THREATENED BY HEAVY RAIN INCLUDE...CAVE SPRING... ROANOKE AIRPORT AND VINTON...
