FLOOD WARNING FOR...

* ALL OF PATRICK COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST VIRGINIA

* UNTIL 1100 PM EDT

* AT 1010 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED NEW STORMS 
  IN WESTERN AND CENTRAL PATRICK COUNTY WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL.    
  IN ADDITION...THE COUNTY SHERIFF REPORTED FLOODING ALONG HIGHWAY   
  58 SOUTH OF PATRICK SPRINGS.

* LOCATIONS THREATENED BY HEAVY RAIN INCLUDE...BUFFALO RIDGE...      
  CRITZ...STUART...PATRICK SPRINGS AND PENNS STORE...

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT
QUICKLY. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY IN
AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
