BOYD COUNTY IN KENTUCKY... LAWRENCE COUNTY IN KENTUCKY... WAYNE COUNTY IN WEST VIRGINIA... * UNTIL 1230 AM EDT... * AT 834 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER EXTREME NORTHEAST KENTUCKY AND FAR WESTERN WEST VIRGINIA. * SOME LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING AREA INCLUDE ASHLAND...BLAINE... CANNONSBURG...CATLETTSBURG...LOUISA...YATESVILLE LAKE STATE PARK... BEECH FORK STATE PARK...CEREDO...EAST LYNN LAKE...FORT GAY... KENOVA...WAYNE...BURNAUGH...CENTERVILLE...AND DUNLOW.
