SOUTHEASTERN LASSEN COUNTY IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WEST CENTRAL WASHOE COUNTY IN WESTERN NEVADA * UNTIL 715 PM PDT * AT 630 PM PDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER EXTREME EAST CENTRAL LASSEN COUNTY...OR ABOUT 19 MILES NORTH OF HERLONG...MOVING SOUTHWEST AT 10 MPH. * THE THUNDERSTORM WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL BE NEAR...WENDEL BY 650 PM PDT EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...COUNTRY ROADS...NORMALLY DRY WASHES AND ARROYOS...AS WELL AS FARMLAND ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS.
