* AT 353 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY   
  HEAVY RAIN OVER RANDOLPH COUNTY. TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY       
  CAUSED FLOODING OF ROADS NEAR ARCHDALE...AND ANOTHER INCH OF RAIN     
  WILL CAUSE ADDITIONAL FLOODING PROBLEMS.
