FRANKLIN COUNTY IN CENTRAL NORTH CAROLINA * UNTIL 1145 PM EDT * AT 1017 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER CENTRAL AND EASTERN FRANKLIN COUNTY. RAINFALL ESTIMATES THAT 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN OVER THIS PORTION OF THE COUNTY DURING THE PAST HOUR. AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2 INCHES ARE LIKELY THROUGH 1130 PM. FLOODING IS MOST LIKELY AROUND... YOUNGSVILLE. LOUISBURG. FRANKLINTON. A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING.
