  GUILFORD COUNTY IN CENTRAL NORTH CAROLINA
  FORSYTH COUNTY IN CENTRAL NORTH CAROLINA

* UNTIL 1215 PM EST

* AT 1121 AM EST NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE AREA. RAINFALL RATES OF 
  ONE INCH PER HOUR CAN BE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE UNTIL 1 PM. REPORTS 
  OF WATER ON ROADWAYS ARE BEING REPORTED BY LAW ENFORCEMENT IN BOTH 
  FORSYTH AND GUILFORD COUNTIES.

* SLOW MOVING RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING IN AND AROUND...

ROADS AND FLOODING NEARBY LOW AREAS.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER
COVERS THE ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
