THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOUNT HOLLY NJ HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTH CENTRAL BERKS COUNTY IN EASTERN PENNSYLVANIA

* UNTIL 945 PM EDT.

* AT 820 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM 
WITH HEAVY RAINFALL OVER NORTH CENTRAL BERKS COUNTY BETWEEN HAMBURG 
AND LENHARTVILLE.  RAINFALL RATES OF TWO TO THREE INCHES PER HOUR 
ARE BEING INDICATED BY RADAR.

THE HEAVY RAIN IS FALLING INTO THE MAIDEN CREEK WATERSHED.

THE HEAVY RAIN WILL ALSO REDUCE VISIBILITIES SIGNIFICANTLY FOR 
MOTORISTS ALONG INTERSTATE 78.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL 
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY
ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS AND OTHER 
LOW LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLASH FLOODING.
