WARREN COUNTY IN NORTHWEST NEW JERSEY * UNTIL 830 PM EDT. * AT 628 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED...AN AREA OF VERY HEAVY RAIN MOVING INTO SOUTHWEST WARREN COUNTY. RAINFALL RATES HAVE EXCEEDED 2 INCHES AN HOUR AS THE AREA MOVED THROUGH NORTHAMPTON COUNTY PENNSYLVANIA. HEAVY RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN ACROSS NORTHERN WARREN COUNTY THIS AFTERNOON. A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS IMMINENT. MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.
